Information Service Platform Research For "Three Rural"

Currently, information technology application and extension in agriculture has yielded some results, a number of agricultural databases and a variety of applications system had been built. However, the situation of the agricultural information network is not optimistic. In the provinces, the proportion of Internet users in general is not high, a lower proportion of farmers access, the distribution of Internet users across the province is uneven. Content of the agricultural site is backward, and the depth is not enough and less practical. This article will study the information network platform issues focusing for the "three ruraln in the theory and practice, use of human-computer interaction and interface design principles and the TAM model and the theory of TTF models, then design a specialized information service platform for farmers. It will be embedded within a specific browser which is more convenient for farmers to use the information platform.The application of this research will also bring some economic benefits, the implementation of the platform will no doubt accelerate the speed of farmers and local government to gain the latest agricultural information, to minimize the economic losses because of the incomplete or incorrect information, in order to promote the construction of information technology and accelerate the pace of economic development in rural areas.
