| In recent years, with the emergence of a large number of software service providers, themanagement and business model of traditional SMEs have undergone great changes. However,the informationization level of most of SMEs still remain in the initial stage of using site andLAN because of the limitation of their own characters. The management of operation of MostSMEs still base on the traditional economic model rather than the information economymodel．On the other hand, SMEs are eager to improve their management efficiency by virtue ofinformation economy model.First of all, this paper analyses SMEs’ information systems development process andapplication status in detail after studying the current situation and existing problems about SMEsin information technology. Then, the paper aims at the study of SMEs information platformimplementation based on Web Service technology by comparing the Web Service technologywith traditional distributed technology. Considering the actual situation of SMEs, this papersuggest to take E-commerce potal and enterprise internal management system as the two mainfunction of the platform.This article come out the overall framework of SME informationplatform and function design scheme, include overall technology framework, data access layerdesign scheme based on Web Service and several Web service executive method.Finally, above all, through the research of SMEs information platform implementationbased on Web Service, this paper makes some achievements as below:1、Comes out a informationitation solution for SMEs based on distributed network model byadopting WEB services technology and.NET information platform of Microsoft.2、This solution will not only be helpful to boost the informatization process of SME of ourprovince, improves their competitiveness, but also makes good economic benefits.3、Established a data access model based on Web Service which avoids the interfacerestriction and help to improve Data Access Middle Ware. |
