The diversity development of network media has undermined the communication platforms in which conventional media usually transfer webpage information. As a product of network penetration, webpage has rooted in every aspects of people’s daily life. The delivery of information which is based on the webpage successfully changes the traditional way by which people exchange information.The booming development of webpage is derived from the progress of science and technology. And with the incredible increase of webpage, user’s daily browse is becoming inconvenient because of the complex webpage information. And webpage, as a basic part of science, technology and art, is the basic bond of information exchange between human and machine and further makes this exchange in a harmonious way. As a result, the humanization of information communication becomes an important part in webpage design. With the development of the increasing living status and beauty appreciation level, the humanized webpage design is not only single aspiration of the aesthetic, types and functions, but also a combination of the areas, industries, people and cultures all together in a real meaning due to the information requirement. And further it should also fit the requirement of the maximized profits and demands. Therefore, humanized webpage design, as a carrier for transmitting information to users, is not only the backbone of the webpage development, but also the question that we should face and a rational trend in the webpage development.This paper contains five sections. The first section introduced the topic, literature review and framework. The second section states the reasons why there is a humanism tendency in web design through spreading message, and also introduces the basic concept of humanization and information dissemination. The third section analyses the influence factors in personal information, such as the guidance of search and selection, also analyses cognitive factors of perception and processing. In this section the causes of personal psychological feelings due to the system of visual and auditory are discussed also. The fourth section mainly states the outstanding problem and influence factor for information exchange from a web page form of text, images, colors, layouts, navigation information, search, and other functions by analyzing the problem with correlation theory, and summarizes principles and methods to solve these problems. The last section is based on a basic satisfaction of humanized web design, and further extends the humanization with the basic requirement of spreading information in web design and regional characteristic element injection.
