Nowadays, in the field of printing, medical, textile and other industrial activity,color measurement and control is of great significance. The accuracy of the color is directly affect the quality of the Products.So it is an important challenge to achieve high precision and easy to operate instrument in the field of color science.In the medical profession, person often through body fluid to get some related parameters of the human, so as to realize the biochemical tests. In this passage,the writer use a kind of indirect measurement method . Based on the test strip reagent zone and urine biochemical composition of the resulting color change reaction, qualitative detection of urine, bile in urine for the original, bilirubin, ketones, blood, protein, nitrite, leukocytes, glucose, vitamin C, albumin and other components, based on the color of reflected to obtain the appropriate information signs.There is no doubt that the test strips has the ability of screening by the extensive comparative study in the mid 80s abroad.T Test strip method is through chemical reaction changes the color of the determination . And this device with intelligence and digital.Based on the relevant theory of color measurement, This paper put forward design a high-precision color identification system by color sensor TCS230 and SCM AT89C52. Formed the data acquisition circuit through the sensor TCS230, changing the test strips color chang which caused by various constituents in the urine into different frequency pulse ,and then through microcontroller I / O port direct access to get the data of the color component ,to confirm the scope of the best color-coded, and further determined the accuracy of the measured data of the system . so that the color changes according to quickly identify the signs of change in the human body.The device has a high sensitivity, speed, and high precision, low-cost, easy to use and other technical characteristics.It can be achieved on the urine rapid detection of various physiological parameters.It has very good value, and may be extended to the other to strip color change detection-based unit design.The system in this article is to complete the final component of the comprehensive testing of urine and results of judgments, so the many aspects of the content of the system needs further improvement. First of all, this article address some of the hardware core of the system microcontroller processor is used, due to limited storage space AT89C52, so follow-up study of the device should be selected more reasonable. Secondly, the system uses the LED light source is an ordinary light, so the results will bring errors in the future should be conducted using standard light irradiation.If you can apply to the actual needs of the experimental system, we must consider further simplify the complexity of operations, to provide users with a more high-quality human-computer exchange platform in this way to improve the machine's cost-effective and competitive in the market capacity. Therefore, in the future to improve the design, you can consider increasing the touch screen function, is not only beneficial to the user to use this feature to operate, but also can replace the mouse and keyboard to reduce the accessories.
