Urine is a significant meaningful humor in the body. In the Clinical Laboratory (routine examination), the routine checks on the urine of patients is a very important component; examination for patients with urine in clinical "sift check" is most widely used; on the assessment process of kidney disease patients, urinalysis is also the first to test for the patients; in conclusion, urine examination is one important part of the clinical examination, the advantages is simple, efficient, instrument price is not high, low-cost check , and the testing process in patients with no pain. Therefore, in clinical medicine has a very wide range of applications. There are many ways for Urine analysis in the implementation process to realize. At present, the most important is based on the work of the chemical test paper and reagents analyser of the spectroscopic method and comparative analysis. And analysis is based on chemical test paper analyser is to achieve the accuracy of the more mature and higher and lower costs, the more suitable for popularity. So I chose the urine test strips based on dry chemistry analyzer to the study.Urine analyser of the development of the general has gone through three stages:The first stage, to use of primitive Photodiode as a sensor, and used to halogen floodlight as a light source. Defect is accuracy and reliability are poor, The calibration of the light source must be done before every inspection, and need for "multi-wavelength detection", the keyboard design complexity, test slow. The second stage, measured by reference spherical integral light quantity of light reflection test, to try the most part of the digitally analysis, automatic calibration, using the LCD as source, for the first generation, precision measurement are improving. Currently still occupy a certain market share. The third stage, use the CCD as a test of components, with digital image analysis system for scanning, use cold cathode fluorescent lamp as a light source, the three primary colors of the reflectivity measurement, it has a high precision.In this paper, dry chemical method urine analyzer currently exists insufficient, urine test at domestic and international technological trends, we propose a practical value design method and technology programs of the transformation urine analyzer.New urine analyzer hardware design to optical detection circuit and MCU core, in which optical detection circuit with a CCD and six LED device design to combine, to make detection of the technical indicators have improved significantly. MCU selection is MC68HC908SR12, it has the interface rich, powerful, and so on. So that the whole machine intelligent structure with a small degree of further enhance the light.The software design of the new urine analyzer use to CCD image processing as the core, focusing on using of image segmentation and pattern recognition techniques for data processing and computing, including image processing and calculation method which has good accuracy and some practical value.This article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction section, introduces the historical background and development process of urine analyzer, and the development of a comprehensive analysis done. Based on these preparations, proposed analyzer direction and meaning, and the next will be the implementation of the theory of the instrument gives a brief description of the content .The second chapter propose specific basis for Building of the entire instrument, including the physical and chemical basis and principles of instrument construction which are two important parts. Which the proposed implementation process is just a broad framework, for the following work has played a leading theory of bedding and focused on the vital role of the outline; the third chapter is the hardware of the instrument. The chapter makes a detailed introduction on the major hardware, and gives a detailed description on the important part of the circuit and the overall design of the apparatus; the fourth chapter is the key point of this article. This chapter is the study of part of the software instruments, including two parts, first, the image acquisition card to the images collected for processing, addition is the results of the treatment pattern recognition process. Software components has played an important role in improving the performance of the entire apparatus, it is also the focus of this article; the fifth chapter is the summary and outlook of the whole text, found a lack of work, and also proposed views with the direction of the development of the instrument.
