According to the actual needs of the production and living activities, The three-dimensional measurement technology is moving in the development of high detection precision, fast or dynamic measurement. For now, most of the measurement can only measure the static status. In this paper, the author adopts a combination of the three-step phase shifting optical measurement method based on a single color-coded stripes, uses computer software to generate color coding to implement stripe generated and projector projection. Meanwhile uses Three-channel color CCD camera to capture the fringe image and then through computer processing color images, through the method above to restore 3D shape of the object and realize dynamic measurement.Based on color coding principle, the author puts three colors that are red, green and blue colour information into the brightness according to the sine law of change in a color image, because of the image information is consists of red, green and blue color of three-channel, like to fuse the three image to an image, and each layer of the data contains in the initial phase information, compared to the gray level image can obviously increase the amount of information. With this method can rely on a single image shooting to realize the dynamic 3D profile measurement.Application of the modeled on the human eye visual analysis process color coding image decoding method, you will have an intuitive look on the distribution pattern of stripes on the grounds coarse and fine two-stage. In the coarse stage, the author judges the red, green and blue color coding coding boundary of the color phase shift fringe, according to the periodic boundary and color area for dividing information cycle. In the stage of fine, the information which contains in the stripe color phase shift can be carried out in phase extraction, it is superimposed by the sine function of light intensity change of light intensity, combines the technology of three phase shift can be extracted phase principle. The decoding algorithm has high reliability and resistance to noise.The author uses calibration method based on two-dimensional planar targets to demarcate the system calibration. This method avoids some disadvantages of traditional method, and is suitable for field calibration. The author analyses the error sources of the measurement system, which include calibration, color coupling, linear optical system, optical device, image processing and environmental factors etc, and proposes the improvement measures. Meanwhile focuses on color coupled, nonlinear effect is studied, and puts forward the improvement of the method.
