The program have developed a new practice process system based on Profibus-DP, and designed an overall structure which includes control storey, monitor storey and field storey. The object system consists of four typical process parameters liquid level, pressure, flow and temperature. The control system includes advanced PC-based intelligent control module, S7-300 PLC, intelligent regulator and so on, which provides a complete platform and automation solutions for intelligent control technology in the process system of research and application.This program has analyzed the advantage and disadvantage between traditional PID control and fuzzy adaptive control, proposed a fuzzy PID control technology based on PLC, discussed the principle and structure of fuzzy adaptive PID control, designed a fuzzy adaptive controller, and constructed fuzzy rules and control strategy of the liquid level, flow, temperature controlled system for the features such as the nonlinear, time-varying, inertia, and establishing mathematical models hard of liquid level, flow, temperature, process parameters. In the rule base, PID parameters has been modified constantly under the PLC program, which makes the system has the characteristics of high precision in traditional PID, strong self-adaptive in fuzzy control, and has realized the closed loop control with different process control parameters.The WINCC upper monitoring system has realized the monitor real-time tracking for the varying parameters, trend shows, random disturbance and performance indicators of liquid level, flow, temperature, has reflected the working status, adaptive parameters and control effect of the control object, and has provided an effective basis for further analysis and decision.The program has obtained the different control results of traditional PID and fuzzy adaptive PID, and proved the effectiveness of the system program through the debugging of system software and hardware.
