In recent years, the wireless networking technology has become one of the hot spots in the field of industrial control. But so far, industrial wireless technology specification is still poorly developed. It is important to find how to make it fit the scene in harsh industrial environments, how to strengthen the anti-jamming capability, reducing energy consumption, improve real-time communication, etc.In this paper, I start from the industrial control network system structure, combined with embedded technology, wireless sensor network technology, bluetooth technology and low power consumption, reliability, etc.Then I give a model of industrial control network system architecture and according to the network level, I analyze the wireless technologies which I used.The thesis mainly describes several parts like following:(1) From the technical point of view, the development of today's industrial control network system, technical status and design were analyzed and compared, and based on which industrial control network model of architecture based on wireless technology was put. In this model, the design of data collection network and data transmission network was forwarded.(2) I learnt the wireless sensor network technology, used MSP430 as a master chip, CC2420 wireless transceiver module, DS18B20 for temperature sensor and built the wireless sensor network node hardware platform. In the TinyOS operating system environment, I developed the application software, completed the signal acquisition function.(3) As the popularity of the Bluetooth network, as well as the widely use on mobile devices, I studied bluetooth technology. After the verification of bluetooth technology used in industrial control network, I designed a data transmission system. The system uses ARM9 family processors, I transplanted the Linux operating system, selected the BlueZ Bluetooth protocol stack as a system. Finally I made the system send the data received from the serial port through bluetooth. (4) After the deep study of industrial wireless technology, I researched, simulated and discussed the anti-interference ability of wireless technology. This paper focuses on the performance of Bluetooth network interferred by heat, vibration interference and 2.4G frequency interference. I has made some interesting exploration based on these problems.In conclusion, this study focused on industrial control network-related technology based on wireless technology, introduced bluetooth networks to industrial control field, did a systematic anti-jamming simulation and verified its feasibility. In this paper, a useful discussion was made for the combination of industrial control networks and wireless technologies. The research results to a certain extent, developed the application of wireless networks in the field of industrial control. I believe that in the near future, the wireless technology will be able to achieve in the industrial control networks.
