In order to meet the customer's individual needs, effectively shorten product design cycles, improve enterprise market competitiveness and speed of response, this thesis studies the compressor motor design integrate platform technologies oriented to fridge and air-condition. Compressor motor design integrate platform is business process-centric, and it is integrated with enterprise projects, tasks and software design tools. This article mainly studies enterprise business process, compressor motor project model, design task assignment, compressor motor design process and integrate design software tools.ChapterⅠ: This chapter introduces the research background of related project and the research concerned technologies available. At the same time, it figures out the research contents and organization frame of this thesis.ChapterⅡ: This chapter is compressor motor design integrate platform requirement analysis. It introduces them in three aspects: technology requirement analysis, project integration model, business process requirement analysis. Especially, in the field of business process requirement, four control document are put forward: document control process, product realization process, design and develop control process, product scrutiny and measure control process.ChapterⅢ: This chapter is compressor motor design integrate platform overall design framework. It mainly introduces the system overall configuration, technical line, system function tree and system function module. In addition, the details of the system datasheet configuration, compressor motor data and system development tools are introduced.ChapterⅣ: This chapter is the key technologies which are used in the compressor motor design integrate platform. They are introduced according to the following sequence: electromagnetism design integration, mechanical design integration, motor test integration and software interface integration methods.ChapterⅤ: Introduce the process of the system realization using the examples of the system. Four modules are mainly introduced in details: Employee Information Management Module, Motor Model Management Module, Work Flow Design, Design Tool Integration Model.ChapterⅥ: Give the summary of the whole thesis, also, the descriptions of the deficiencies of the research which will be done in next step.
