With scientific and technological development, an increased emphasis on physical rehabilitation medicine, medical theory based on physical rehabilitation therapy system interfere with the formation of the intermediate frequency. This article is from the physical rehabilitation medicine and physical therapy theory, based on IF, through the electronic design to achieve the purpose of physical treatment of disease. This paper is a cross-disciplinary application, through theoretical analysis and study, in combination with electronic circuit design theory, learned to use analog circuit design, software programming and other knowledge to achieve the medical theories. IF Interference therapeutic apparatus has been in clinical use for many years, could help treat various diseases, and no side effects, its efficacy has been recognized in the medical field. At present, the IF design techniques interfere with the treatment used mainly integrated circuits, programmable logic devices and microprocessors. In this paper, using the macro crystal produced by combination of external microcontroller circuit design, we proposed a two-MCU-based treatment of mid-frequency interference instrument design ideas, completed the instrument circuit design and program design to achieve the dual four electrodes a variety of treatment waveform output, amplitude adjustable continuously variable frequency, color liquid crystal display. The new medium frequency interference with full-featured electric treatment instrument, adjusting the flexible circuit is simple, low cost, power consumption, high reliability, and more suitable for home, home appliance technology. The treatment instrument at an affordable price to achieve a higher control precision, and achieved good effect, with better promotion prospects.The main work of this paper reads as follows:First, through the intermediate frequency of physical medicine and rehabilitation treatment of the theory of interference analysis, circuit design for a modular analysis of presentation, and gives some of the circuit's schematic diagram and parts of program code.Second, the proposed color liquid crystal display design, software programming in the liquid crystal display counter mode selection, time adjustment, intensity adjustment, error correction, time, alarm and other content, user-friendly, good-bye to the traditional digital tube display, allowing designers to a more humane, increase scientific and technological content. And simple design, high precision and low power consumption.Third, the paper proposes a design based on dual CPU, without using embedded systems development, through the CPU and some peripheral devices to perform at a reasonable design requirements, and using an integrated logic circuit module, bid farewell to the traditional discrete components circuits. Reduce costs, shorten development cycles, debugging is more simple and good performance, interference is small, not easy to distortion, to have so many doctor' s approval,Fourth, with a variety of indications prescription and current mode selection. At the same time to meet the research needs of the software itself can be used to set up the treatment parameters to achieve the freedom of combination therapy prescribed procedures.
