It is press for most corporations and enterprises that the application of the computer must be on advanced stage. The Petroleum Engineering Group of No.9 Oil Production Plant, Daqing Oilfield Limited Company, is a unit of produce petroleum and scientific research. It produces a mount of data of producing petroleum every year. In the past, these data were used on stand-alone computer and managed on files sharing way. The work that most managers undertake is getting information, replicating, summarizing and dealing. High capacity, low efficiency, slow feeding back of information, excessive repeating work have not adapted to producing petroleum and scientific research. It is essential to establish an information management system to free managers from cockamamie repetition businesslike work. It made people's main energy to high grade brainwork. Therefore, petroleum engineering oil-water well information management system is produced, which works on genuine computer network and fits for The Petroleum Engineering Group need. The system server as production, management, decision-making for petroleum engineering management of The Petroleum Engineering Group of No.9 Oil Production Plant, Daqing Oilfield Limited Company.This paper aim at real need of oil-water well management of The Petroleum Engineering Group of No.9 Oil Production Plant, Daqing Oilfield Limited Company. It expatiate on oil-water well from data target management to analysis of linking cases each other, analysis of pump status, optimize designing, oil-water well repairing designing. This paper made use of C/S program technology and Object Oriented method, made Delphi,VB,PowerBuilder as main program language. It adopted OLE DB and ADO(ActiveX Data Object) technology as management of database. It has friendship interface and simple operation for consumer.1.The Oil-Water Well Information ManagementThis subsystem is the base of other work. All Information of other subsystem in used comes from this subsystem direct or indirect. Along with DaQing oil field development of information, enhance oil field information building and enhance base work of the compute and rely on compute network to make progress. Oil field production management comes into information network era. The Petroleum Engineering Group of No.9 Oil Production Plant, Daqing Oilfield Limited Company, is a unit of producing petroleum and scientific researching. It produces a mount of data of producing petroleum every year. In the past, these data were used on stand-alone computer and managed on files sharing way. Most managers undertake collecting data information,copy,summation,deal with work. The mount of work is heavy, the efficiency is low, the data information feeding back is slow and repeat work is too much. This is maladjusted requirement of production. It need to build Information Management System to make manager free from numerous and repetition and affair work. They may make major attention to high capacity work. Although water flooding is able to enhance the stratum energy and increase yield, and it may make water in petroleum more than ever.
