Research And Realization Of Logistics Information Maintenance Platform In Southwest Petroleum University

With the rapid development of computer technology, the various informationalized and digitized high-end office information system have been widely applied in colleges. By contrast, the work mode relying on paper documents has gradually become history. Under the information environment, for the college logistics service, the requirements for the service efficiency and service quality of it have been increasing constantly.Based on the actual requirements of logistics repair service of Southwest Petroleum University, through applying the relevant software engineering technologies, this dissertation designs and accomplishes a logistics repair service system that can be widely used in colleges. For the logistics repair service of college, the application of this system can greatly improve the various disadvantages of it, such as the low work efficiency, the strong human interference, the delayed job evaluation and so on. In addition, it also plays an important role in promoting the informatization process of logistics service of college.The chief contents of this dissertation are as follows:1. This dissertation makes a in-depth research on the relevant background of logistics service informatization of college as well as the current situation of it at home and abroad. This part of research not only clarifies the importance of logistics service informatization of college, but also proposes a direction for the design and implementation of this system from a long-term development perspective.2. For the logistics repair work of Southwest Petroleum University Campus Management Center, by analyzing the current situation of it, this dissertation summarizes and obtains the functional requirements of this logistics repair service system. Meanwhile, this dissertation collects and analyses the various problems in current logistics repair work, then from informatization perspective it proposes the solutions to solve these problems.3. Based on the results of requirement analysis, guided by software engineering thought, this dissertation designs and accomplishes this logistics repair service system. Through the research on the application scenario of this system, this dissertation decides to take B/S (Browser/Server) as the development mode of this system, take four-layer architecture as the system architecture; it realizes this system by applying the mature ASP.NET technology and SQL Server technology.For the functional design, this system strives to meet the the actual needs of logistics repair service of Southwest Petroleum University to the most degree, and for the operation, the priority of this system is simplicity and convenience. Therefore, the application of this system can improve the work efficiency and quality of logistics repair service of Southwest Petroleum University effectively; it also can enhance the management level of logistics repair service of Southwest Petroleum University as a whole. Moreover, during the design process of this system, the requirements of expansion and transplantation have been considered seriously, so through making some slight changes according to the actual requirements, this system can also be used other colleges. Accordingly, this system is worthy to be popularized.
