With the development of times, training management should be more scientific, standardized and efficient to meet the increasing demand of training. Training management system for senior personnel in Daqing Oilfield set up the framework of the training management and the working platform for the training participants which include teachers, students, training organizers and other accountants.Base on the deep research of course scheduling algorithm, authorization management and security implementation, this training management system is designed and developed using web service. It includes training project application system, the evaluation of teaching quality of training, the management system of assessment and monitoring, the accounting system of internal operating and the evaluation system of student professional quality, and it also achieves role-based authorization management.This training management system achieves the standardization of the procedure of training project, a expresses each step in the training procedure using information, innovatively develops the secondary and thirdly procedure of training and creates templates for all the documents in the training work. All these research work creates new model for the training management.This system set up the math model for the evaluation of training quality. This model has general applicability and teaching evaluation attains the standard of secondary class. It can be extended to all other education and teaching evaluation.This system uses common approach and common functions, which reduces the work of development and reduce the code redundancy and bring a great deal of convenience for system maintenance and secondary development. The printing approach the system use combine very well with Microsoft Office Software. Importing data into Excel and setting up type in accordance with actual work needs can make the use of this training system safe and effective.Nowadays the training evaluation theory research has achieved four class assessment that is training respond, training study, training behaviour and training result, but no training institute in China can apply the training assessment theory to the actual work. We can only do the first and secondary assessment, and will research how to assess training behaviour and training result in the future. With the completion of the research, we will improve training assessment module of the training management system. In the process of using system, we find some user friendly problems that need to be solved.
