Design and Implementation of the Equipment Management SystemAlong with the rapid development of electronic technology, equipment management is the enterprise of each department must conscientiously the work, but has faced since people use traditional artificial way management equipment. This mode of administration has many shortcomings, such as low efficiency, poor secrecy and complicated. In addition, with the increasing number of equipment, the workload will greatly increase, which will increase the equipment and labor intensity. The workload of the equipment to search, the renewal and the maintenance has brought many difficulties.After a detailed investigation of all kinds of enterprise in China, there are quite a little unit equipment management remains in artificial management on the basis of medium, especially small-sized enterprises. The management such already can not adapt to the management mechanism of the development of the times, and the management methods will waste a lot of manpower and material resources. Along with the science and technology unceasing enhancement, the traditional manual management methods must be taken the place of it, which based on computer information management methods.Equipment management system as a branch of Computer Application Technology has crafts incomparable advantages, such as rapidly retrieves, convenient search, high reliability, large storage, high security, long life, low cost. These merits can enormously enhance the efficiency of equipment management. Therefore, the development of can provide enough information and quick searching method of electrical equipment management system; It will be very necessary and very timely.This developed device management system is based on systems thinking approach, using modern information and communication technology development results, and device management with the relevant national laws, regulations, and facilities management activities of enterprises in information collection, extraction, processing, and output to form the support of organizational decision-making information systems. For the equipment management information system functional requirements, process information from the device point of view, including the purchase of equipment, application, contract management, equipment inspection, operation, maintenance, repair, scrap, and technological transformations, the original value during interludes such as equipment, equipment depreciation, equipment salvage value, maintenance costs, equipment failure rate, equipment utilization and other equipments of economic indicators.This system is designed in the current social development under the premise of enterprises and institutions, according to the requirements, which is a universal equipment management system. Because of much enterprise also use artificial management, and, in order to improve the work efficiency and the existing management mode, I decided to develop this small equipment management system, to enable the enterprise to manage their own resources, rational distribution, and maintenance in aspects of integrated unified management, to improve its market competition ability. This system is small, but it is suitable for small and medium-sized enterprise management.The modularized design thought, system structure, not only makes software clear to design but also easy to read and understand. Due to the limitation of the program errors are in the module and the interface between them, so the modular makes software easy testing and debugging, which help to improve the reliability of the software. Because only a handful of module changed, the software can be modified to improve, which mainly includes four modules: basic information management, equipment information management, equipment working management, and system management.The basic information management, including equipment classification management and management of department is mainly operated for the two parts information added, modified and deleted and viewed, Equipment stand-books management includes add equipment accessories and including basic information for names, types, classification numbers and the measuring unit, modification and deletion and check equipment stand-books. Equipment management includes basic add, modify and delete and check equipment accessories information. Equipment maintenance and management of distribution, system setup is mainly system user information management functions.User login the login system successfully, according to user role of different modules for different can only visit, the user can access relevant information maintenance equipment, basic information management, equipment operation management and management system. System using VB, VB application development by a series of objects, including function, menu, function, structure and data window, user objects, users, objects and events, such as a command button control contains a single editor, such as object and controls can be used in many applications repetition. Database use Microsoft Software SQLServer database.Papers on the equipment management system are analyzed in detail. Design and Implementation of the System basically meet the practical application of small and medium-sized enterprises. But the system function and application of lack of scrap, perfect in the next work.
