Enrolling Management System is a typical application of managing information system(MIS), which mainly includes building up database of back-end and developing the application interface of front-end. The former required consistency and integrality and security of data. The latter should make the application powerful and easy to use. Foreground application software is exploited by Visual Basic6.0; the background is managed by the system of SQL Server 2000.The purpose of developing the system is to help college manage database more efficient. Main achievement: The realization of student basic information input, output and inquiry, and enrolled students management.This design thesis mainly includes the development environment and technology base, system requirement analysis, system structure analysis and general design, detailed design, system test, the conclusion and references of several parts. Each chapter to recruitment management system made a comprehensive analysis in detail, introduces the Visual Basic6.0, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and relevant knowledge of the database. Due to different for a college or school of management system, so I use the management software based on C/S. The universities for the present management situation of different depth of recruit students, and carry on data docking. If, at present good college recruit students, can be directly to the original data of student data(normal) after consolidation this system provides access to the database directly, convenient query after operation and right now, can continue its management mode; If a student enrollment is not ideal, need from the fundamental up to change the present management confusion.All open, half open, breadth, depth, normative level management simplicity management, the basic reference approach to data acquisition, processing, specification, integrated data sources. Finally to make this system can implement all the requirements in college students, choose path to find system or part of curriculum subjects can enhance or improve, to improve them.
