LCMS, in the application of education, has become one hot spot of the current information-based teaching research. In foreign countries, to some extent, LCMS has been researched systematically, but in China, relatively little efforts have been taken to explore the further effect. Based on those problems, this thesis put forward the design and realization of LCMS system which based on SCORM standard and the idea of component。This thesis summarizes the systematic research and application condition of LCMS both at home and abroad, as well as the current situation and problems of the launch of LCMS in colleges and universities. In combination with the practical situation of theories and application, this thesis not only, on the basis of the idea of component, builds the network environment of LCMS, furthermore, a verification has been done to the theoretical conception through practical research, but also does a NVoyager(LCMS)-platform effectiveness analysis on the teaching quality improvement. Experiments show that this system has a big application on the teaching, and can be applied widely in the various trainings and educational practices.NVoyager platform, on one hand, can give much irreplaceable aliment to students during classes, on the other hand, can urge them to take full use of network to communicate with classmates and teachers, as well as self-examination and submit schoolwork, as a result, the professional ability, and finally the teaching effectiveness, has been greatly improved. Firstly, this system can resolve the problem of poor communication between student-to-student and teacher–to-teacher, and the problem of hard to realize teaching resources shareness. Secondly, NVoyager is an open-to-all platform, students` learning record can be kept on this platform so that the internet browsers can skim these records, and they can give answers to the questions of students, as well, can give suggestion to the students performance, with no doubt, this widen the scope of learning content feedback.The innovation of this system mainly lies in two points. One point is, this system design a series of LCMS system based on SCORM standard, because this system bases on the idea of component,all components can be departed and recombined, and take fully consideration of its capability and personalized needs. And excellent international design ideology runs through the whole system and analysis process, flexible accessibility management components can satisfy the needs of all kinds of users. The other point is, this system design one network-base course aimed to verify NVoyager system, and summarize the integration strategy between NVoyager platform and practical teaching, so it pose a new thinking for the application of this system on teaching practice.
