Research Of Modeling And Reasoning Method Of Emergency Multiple Knowledge-bases Based On Problem

In the process of emergency response, decision-makers need to know lots of knowledge related to the current emergencies. In order to manage and organize this knowledge, usually scholars establish a specific domain knowledge base to support decision-making. But complex problems solving often require the support by many fields of knowledge, single-domain knowledge base separates the link between the emergencies, which is not conducive to the overall emergency response, and domain knowledge base focuses on the expression of knowledge, but weak at the use of knowledge, which is difficult to solve complex emergencies problem.In order to achieve the solution of complex, firstly this paper establishes the structural model of complex problems used by explain structure modeling methods based on the problem definition, which can break complex problems to multiple easy sub-problems and establish a hierarchy structure of complex problems; and then in accordance with the classification of knowledge for problem solving, it establishes the multiple knowledge bases architecture including multi-domain knowledge bases, model base, problems base and databases, which can store the knowledge to support solving complex problems; finally based on the multiple knowledge base, it constructs the inference engine to control the reasoning and knowledge interaction between the multi-domain knowledge bases, model base, problems base and databases, and solve the sub problem unit from the bottom up ultimately solving complex problems.The multiple knowledge bases architecture enables division of knowledge modularly; the reasoning and knowledge transfer can support the auto-solving of the complex structural problem, which can quickly provide a variety of knowledge and solving methods, help to improve the ability of emergency incidents disposal.
