Since 1998 the concept of semantic web and architecture has been proposed, the next generation of web technology known as widespread concern, in the recent ten yeas, researchers have done in-depth study on the relevant level of knowledge representation,reasoning,storage method etc and make related the field of technical ideas and research results gradually apply to the development and practical application of semantic web.One of the core technology of semantic web development is to build knowledge base with logic inference, it has been widely used on the Internet, especially for the semantic web to provide semantic information and achieve automatic processing of web information. Single and dispersed knowledge bases characteristics lead to the building standards are not uniform,data inconsistencies,difficulties in information exchange and"the information islands"and other issues between knowledge bases, which seriously affects the ability of the machine independent reasoning and reduces the intelligent effect of the semantic web. In order to effectively solve these problems and to consider how to maintain the correctness of the knowledge bases and to effectively organize inference rules to be logical reasoning in order that maximum to meet the implicit information of semantic web requirement, so research of knowledge bases integration technology in the field of the semantic web is important significance.At present, multiple knowledge bases integration under semantic web needs human to finish most of works and the process is monotonous repetitive work. Based on this point, multiple knowledge bases integration bases on description logic in semantic web is systematically researched and analyzed in this paper. The main contribution of this paper is as follows: (1) Logic inference function of knowledge bases is achieved. All reasoning could be converted into the problem of satisfiability and target consistency checking, which is proved. Deformation of the two relations of the rules is given, deformation theory of evidence that is more suitable for logic inference of knowledge bases. (2) A method of integration of multiple TBoxes based on the minimal sets of concept and its algorithm are proposed. Generation algorithm of the minimal sets of concept is design, a strategy of model of RiMOM is used and improved, mapping graph of between TBoxes is constructed; At last a number of local TBoxes are integrated into a global TBox. The simulation results show good performance of the integrated method. (3) An optimization technique and algorithm of multiple ABoxes segmentation and the association are proposed. A method of segmentation ABox is achieved by constructed subgraph of ABox, according to decision algorithm of connected graph, it could judge dependency between subgraph of ABoxes, a method of ass- ociation ABoxes with dependency is achieved by data description. The simulation results show that the algorithm is greatly improved efficiency of retrieval. (4) An automated query and multiple knowledge bases integrated system MKBMQS is designed and a query algorithm based on integrated TBox and ABox is generated. Through the engineering application and designed algorithm using, feasibility of integration technology is verified by the system.
