Remote Supervisory Control System Based On Embedded Web

At present, most industries use bus to supervisory and control, with the development of embedded technology and network technology, the supervisory and control system using embedded internet technology to control has been the development trend. With B/S Mode to design Embedded Remote Supervisory Control has been the newest development trend, it has changed Supervisory and Control System architecture before, and it can meet the system scalability, real-time requirements, etc, has a very broad application prospects.Focusing on the performance requirements of embedded supervisory control system, using the water temperature as object, an embedded remote supervisory control system is designed in this paper based on B/S mode. There are four modules in system, including Data acquisition and control module, CGI data interface module, SQLite database module, Web data supervisory and control module, and CGI Data Interface module is the core of the system.CGI Data Interface module realized communication with Data acquisition module, Data storage and interaction with Web data supervisory and control module. Realized dynamic interactive data using CGI, the client achieves the purpose of remote supervisory and control through the server-side.To realize the design goals, the status of Embedded Remote Supervisory Control System is analyzed in the paper firstly, and then make a comprehensive consideration through Embedded operating system, application software and Embedded hardware platform, S3C2410 is chosen as the system core which is the mainstream ARM9 chip, using embedded Linux as operating system, On this basis, to realize migration and configuration of embedded Web Server BOA and embedded SQLite database, and achieve a system solution by the completation of a series of problem, for example Real-time data display based on web, serial port paramrters setting, system running state inquiry, swich control and so on.Taking water temperature as the supervisory and control object after designing, the test results indicate that the system is running well and realizes remote supervisory control which meets the design requirements. For example, remote real-time data display, data saving and making backup, parameters setting, switch control. The system provides a feasible scheme for remote control on industrial and electronics which provides a foundation for the futher applications.
