| As the sharp increasing of users'requests to the dynamic and adaptation of approval system, traditional approval system has to pay high prices on adjusting the functionalities to adapt the changes of business context and requirements, It is difficult to adapt to these requirements. Now the process of approval become more and more complex and have uncertainty, an approval system based on flexible workflow was proposed to improve the dynamic adaptation and reusability of approval system.Firstly, the current development situation of approval system and flexible workflow was introduced, the modeling method of flexible workflow, the implementation of flexible workflow and the related knowledge of workflow management system were analyzed.Secondly, in order to improve the dynamic of workflow meta_model, original workflow meta_model was extended, and new elements of extended rule and rule explain tools were brought in, the extended workflow meta_model was proposed. The new modeling elements were introduced and formal description of flexible workflow was given based on the extended workflow meta_model; A flexible workflow model and a flexible workflow management system model were proposed, and the dynamic modeling process of flexible workflow based on the flexible workflow model was given, at the same time, the modeling process of flexible workflow was introduced in detail through a specific case.Thirdly, combined flexible workflow system with approval system, the structure of approval system based on flexible workflow was given, at the same time, the flexible workflow in approval system was analyzed and designed in detail. The hierarcy of the flexible workflow was given and the Flow_Coordinator in flexible workflow was realized, the design program of flexible workflow engine in approval system was given with the flexible workflow model.Finally, technique support for flexible forms, right management based on the role, provisional data storage and system security were presented. |
