| The workflow technology is a computerized model that reflects the real business flow. Traditional workflow usually needs to define the workflow models strictly. However, the instances do not match the predefined flow in real world. In order to make the workflow can update the flow to adapt the changes according to the real circumstance, to response to the requirements of market and to improve the market competitiveness, the flexible workflow is proposed.The flexible workflow means when the definition of the workflow is running, the workflow can adapt to the changes of the business flow without redefinition. Comparing with the traditional workflow, the flexible workflow can describe the real business flow better. It can satisfy the needs of the development in business. How to resolve the flexible problem of workflow is researched at home and abroad. At the present, the flexible workflow has become a popular research topic.Firstly, this thesis introduces the related technologies about workflow and studies the technology of the flexible workflow deeply. It mainly contains two parts, the models of the flexible workflow and the technology of realizing the flexible workflow. Based on the analysis of the present technology and abroad researches, the thesis abstracts a flexible workflow model of dynamic modifying named DMFM. The activity is divided and the route transition is separated with the activity node in DMFM, so the activity node and the route transition are independent. So each activity does not care about the next one. And it can be help for the realization of the flexible operation. Based on the database, it can meet the needs of the flexible workflow. And also a rule set which make some constraints to dynamic modifying is drawn up. So it can ensure the validity of the operations.With the object-oriented design, each sub-model in DMFM is given the specific realization separately by combining the formal description. The process instance can be inserted, deleted and modified according to the needs.This thesis applied the DMFM to the network meter system and designed the system architecture,database and workflow engine. When the structure of the system is stabilized, the dynamic changes can be implemented. And it proved the feasibility of DMFM.Finally, it is a summary of the paper's research and the prospects from the advanced research fields on the flexible workflow. |
