With the rapid development of the telecommunications industry and telecommunications technology, the rapid expansion of the scale of transmission network forms a multi-vendor product, multi-standard transmission co-existence of complicated situations. In a complex network, it is a complex technology for fault and alarm management. Therefore, reasonable and effective management of network traffic has become one that must be addressed. The telecommunications network data is the root of the management for telecommunications network, because the volatility of network data may lead to the potential instability. Telecommunication performance alarm is designed in response to instability in the data; it needs timely feedback when there are network anomalies. Telecommunication performance alarm is used to define and classify the alarms from the existing data generated by network telecommunications equipment by means of monitoring network performance data, and make the meticulous management for the alarm process, so it will be help to promote the ability of operation and maintenance.This paper makes use of software engineering thought, in accordance with the idea of Requirements Analysis-Preliminary Design-Detailed Design-System Implementation to design and achieve telecommunication performance alarm module. In this paper, first it introduces the telecommunication performance alarm module and its implementation environment, and then focuses on the analysis of the users' functional requirements and non-functional requirements; this paper describes these two parts respectively by use case diagrams and supplementary specification. And obtain the functions which the module should have based on requirements analysis.Based on the requirements analysis, this paper makes preliminary design for the telecommunication performance alarm module. First, according to the requirements of the module it gets the design objectives and principles, and then respectively departs from the alarm module's physical and logical structure, introduces the alarm module in the location of the whole system and its surrounding relationship. Preliminary design describes the module's technical architecture and implementation of the processes in the summary. The detailed design for telecommunication performance alarm module is to analyze and plan the module in all levels deep based on preliminary design. In the detailed design, the alarm module is divided into foreground and background by the difference in the transaction management. Foreground, as the level of interaction with the user, is the main design target of Web architecture. According to MVC design pattern focused on the module hierarchy, and respectively uses sequence diagrams and class diagrams to finish the dynamic modeling and static modeling. After the foreground design of alarm module, then this paper turns into the process design and analysis in background. In the background, it mainly analyzes how the module deals with alarms in a logical way:the condition to generate alarms, alarms in different situation with different results, alarms' causes and so on. Alarm generated process will be divided into 5 steps, and in this paper it describes the process and design ideas of these steps by flowchart respectively, and also the combination of data sources is discussed. At last of detailed design it designs the database tables which will be used in module, describes the dependent relationship between various tables. It also elaborates briefly the exception and log of alarm module.After the design work, this paper describes the realization of foreground and background in telecommunication performance alarm module briefly. Finally, it makes a brief introduction about the actual implementation scene of the telecommunication performance alarm module, gives some suggestions according to the module's shortcomings.In summary, this article combines the analysis of business requirements and the ideas of software engineering to complete the telecommunication performance of alarm module design and implementation.
