With social progress and development of industrialization, fire safety has been an important issue in people safety production work. in the information society, the fire alarm network terminal plays the biggest role, as a mature communications network, 3G technology will undoubtedly become the best choice for a terminal connected to the fire alarm and the display device. This article is designed and implemented the fire alarm terminal based on remote communication, the main work is as follows:Firstly, the paper studied the key communications technologies such as serial communications technology and voice recognition technology, and according to the needs of the alarm terminal, design and implementation of the whole circuit. The hardware circuit of terminal according to EMC characteristics of the circuit proposed a low-power modular circuit design, effectively prevent ISI between lines, strong radiation, signal coupling and other negative effects, played a device shielding and electrical isolation effect.Secondly, the article design and implementation of the overall structure of the system and the communication protocol of its component parts. In data communications, due to the alarm terminal equipment reliability requirements of real-time and long-distance transmission is high, so use of 3G networks, the faster speed, the higher cost, remote fire alarm terminals using a multi-channel strategy of concurrent real-time data transmission, making data transmission more smoothly.Thirdly, the paper studied and proposed an intelligent analysis and troubleshooting knowledge analysis model, to build knowledge rules library that implements a fire and fault signal. In order to ensure the safety of intelligent systems and terminal equipment, use of intelligent control fingerprint recognition and voice recognition on users.Finally, during the testing phase, by way of artificially generated fire alarm signal, in order to detect and analyze use a large amounts of data in a long time, the results show a false positive and false negative rate is very low in the terminal of the remote fire alarm. LCD of the terminal shows information such as the time and exact location of fire and fault, and through APP software, servers, WEB, GIS maps, issued a notice to the maintenance personnel, to prevent false negatives or false positives fire to public and private property losses.
