Embeded Design Of Intelligent Charge System

With the development of 'Golden Card Engineering', the intelligent card (IC card) technology has been applied in several areas which contact with people's life closely, such as economy, traffic, medical, sales, school management, security, and etc. This type of convenient and safe payment has been accepted by administration and most people.The IC card has different types; it has so many advantages that traditional card or magnetic card doesn't have. It is composed with CPU and storeroom; it can read card at a long distance; it can recognize several card at the same time and with high reliability. The paper designs an intelligent charge system weit advanced embedded technology.Firstly, the paper introduces the background, history, and the future development of IC card. It also narrates the scheme of the whole system simplely. Secondly, the paper discusses the types, the character and the principle of the IC card. It emphasizes the function modules and data structure of the intelligent charge system. And then, the paper introduces the hardware circuit design and their function, including design of MCU, ethernet interface, read card module, key, LCD, time management and data storage. On this condition, the paper tells the details about the system function, including parameter set, parameter inquire, deposit, consumption and communication. Finally, it shows the result of system test, and summarizes the advantage and disadvantage of the intelligent charge system.
