The rapid development of network and information technology has brought great convenience to the official business of enterprises and individuals. Many enterprises have applied PDM system,with the increasing dependence of PDM,their frangibility is continuously exposing.Due to much important data's damage or loss,the compromiser during the data transmission,and other negative events happened to PDM,the safety management in PDM has become the most critical part in enterprises.Firstly,from the point of overview, I designed the security architecture in terms of data encryption and intrusion detection to keep the PDM system from security hidden trouble pertinently and includes network and communication models based on my experience of development,operation and maintenance of KPM.On the former it is narrated that how to safeguard the PDM software security,connection security and secret data security in database,and about the latter the communication process is described via user logon and the principles and functions of intrusion detection system. To make out the feasibility and security of system security architecture,some functions of the architecture are implemented.The AES is also realized and presented implement..Followed by that,I researched the relevant key issues about the data safety in PDM. I mainly focused on the following aspects:first of all,because of the security problems exsisting in the storage and transmission of user ID or password proclaimed in writing,we put forward a security way of encryption operation. The encryption algorithm has improved the tradition algorithm of single-value shift substitution. In consequence,the encryption algorithm based on the shift K in multi-value provides the theoretical foudation for enhancing the security of the PDM system.Secondly,the counter the practical need of the management of enterprise's electronic documents,we put forward a new role-based access control model.This model has extended the RBAC model and introduced the concept of document operation set(D-OS). And through the package management of the relevant documents,the model has simplified the privilege management within the electronic document management. Moreover,in view of the security problems exsisting in the transmission on network of the electronic documents, we adopt the encryption technology,discrimination technology and process tracing technology to deal with the document management.The intergration of the research results and the PDM system improves the security of the integrated platform,making the uses of electronic documents safe and effective.To some extent,which ensure the safety of running PDM and push the non-paper work in enterprise.
