The Design And Implement Of Internet User Charging System Based On J2EE

With the rapid development of network communication technology, the rapid popularization and use of network client services, the network clients and business types are increasing exponentially. The complex business types and a large of clients, which make network operators'service modes more and more complex. The charge system is one of the core competitions of internet operators, which decides the operators'operational status. It also decides the economy profit of operators and internet users'benefit. Whereas there are many disadvantages for the current charge software, such as manag internet users and internet users charge etc. Therefore it is very important to develop an internet charge system that has the advantages such as surporting complex data business, putting up effective and timely charge. The design and implement of internet user charge system based on J2EE in this paper that applied current popular J2EE frame, MVC mode and the technologies of JSP, Servlet and JavaBean. Business logic used EJB middleware technology, it can realize the breakthrough between system business logic layer and database, which ensures database'security. The system uses distributed, structured, component-based technology, so it has the advantages of high portability, expansibility, maintainability and fault tolerance.The system is designed based on the research of internet business and charge functions, including database design, business logic design and interface design. Database design mainly completed a few database tables and the relationship of tables. Business logic design mainly completed charge rules and charge algorithm. Interface design mainly include five function modules such as the main interface, the administrator interface, charge director interface, operator interface and member interface, which realizes user login, new user registration, charge query and create tables etc. The main contents are as follows:First of all, the system implements main modules are charge module and user management module. The charge module is concerned with charge director and operator, moreover only charge director can modify charge normal, operators charge from users according to the standard established by director. The user management module is used by administrators and operators. Administrators can be the basic information maintenance from users, setting and modification user authority. Operators can increase new users, delete user, modify user information and user fee information. The proscenium browsers consist of members and general users. The different users possess different access authority. For example, members land after checking, they possess the function of modification personal data. The general users only can browse and query, they are major groups for using the system.Secondly, for functional interface design, the system can be divided into five function modules, they are system main interface, administrator interface, charge director interface, business interface, general users interface. The five moduls are close relation with other one or a few moduls. At the same time, they have their own special function. For example, main interface module including business consultation and dispose, join the sub-module of customer serve center System main interface module is mainly used for browsing web sites of information, the old users can login on the user interface. The new users can become new members by entering register interface, look over the item of client center. In addition, if there are problems we can leave word. At the same time, any user can enter company for looking over information by business consultation and dispose. In addition, we browse the company information by the module of about us. The administator, charge director and operator can enter manage main interface by background main interface.Administators, charge director and operators can log in administators main interface. They can enter their own interface after validating.Administrator interface is used for user information maintenance, setting and modify user authority, operations including modify, delete, look over and query etc. Charge director interface is used for modifying and maintenance and correlative database tables by charge director, it including modify charge rule and level, calculate charge total and create charge report tables operators etc.The user interface contains general user interface and members interface. The general user interface is used by common users. The main interface is general user interface in this system because there are members and administrators entry region in it. So general users only can look over the newest information and business in the company, they can become members by registering. The members may enter the member interface after member entry. They can modify their own information, look over personal account balance. Operator interface is used for operators charge, user may delivery charge and examine account total by it, and it is a more important interface in the system. Operators can add new users, delete users, and modify user information and user account information.The system designed in this paper used Flash and Photoshop and other auxiliary software. It has many advantages such as system interface beauty, simple operation, clear objectives and better applicability. Users can form a good interaction by system interface and system function, which can make administrators, charge director and operators more conveniently, so it will bring about certain social benefits.
