In the new era, the context of the management of military officers are playing an increasingly important role in the management of military officers, which is meeting the challenges of new military revolution, and who had been infiltrated into many aspects of daily work force has become an objective of reserve forces requirements.On the basis of the new period, the status of reserve officers in the management and characteristics, and the current management of the reserve officers, standardization, information of the urgent need for the management of the reserve officers, and computer software development techniques combined with C/S architecture for delivering the technology to Oracle 9i Server as the back-end database, using object-oriented design methods, using UML modeling techniques to build models for the system to develop a reserve force of officers for the management information system. System is mainly divided into units of management, personnel management, preparation of management, attrition management and statistical inquiry five modules. To achieve superior leadership and heads of institutions using the current unit's local area network to the respective reserve forces officers to manage information on the basic situation of officers, units of information, preparation and attrition information maintenance, inquiries and statistics. For the heads of their respective officers, have a comprehensive understanding of intuitive for the heads of their respective officers, promotion, career change, mobilizing a series of comprehensive case management information for decision-making to provide objective data. The system was set up user permissions, different managers have different permissions, sub-level management, user or manager can only be their own identity information as appropriate to increase system reliability and confidentiality.
