So colleges and universities urgently need to develop a computer information management system with high practical degree which can achieve statistical timely, comprehensive and accurate.We desired graduate information management system with C/S and B/S mode contemporary based on network environment of Intranet/Internet according to characteristic of numerous clients through the full investigation and study of educational administration work and students work combined with the practical of graduate information management work. The system adopts the security system scheme based on web isolation and data exchange, introduced the associative architecture of C/S and B/S, selects Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as back-end database, Bland C++Builder6.0 as C/S proscenium exploitive tool and JSP as the language development of B/S web site designing which has the characteristic of friendly interface, simple and convenient operating and high data security reliability. System has set up three major importers which are administrators, graduates and business, according to the type of user, the system provide the functions of graduate information collection, education certificate management, statistical analysis, information query and information dissemination. The system can not only facilitated the graduates to understand the information of business employing, but also provided a guarantee for schools to master the employment situation of graduates and statistic the graduates' employment rate. The system provided a quick check of the condition for school to grasp the situation of enterprises employing and view the information of business-to-graduate feedback, it had a great significance for improving the academic level of management and achieving modernization and information technology of graduates' information management.The system relies on huge data, has a perfect source of data. The completion of the system significantly reduced the burden of the academic staff and students, enabled them to improve work efficiency, and provided good information service for the employers and graduates. In order to further expansion the application of information management systems of university graduates, to improve services content and service quality of the system, we evaluated four indicators which are the system function, technology, users and the information. We can seen from the results that the school system applied mainly in the graduate, academic administrators of schools and the enterprise, the user have given a good evaluation for the system's structural design and function.
