Study And Implementation Of Regional University's E-government System

With the rapid development of information technology, especially the popularization of Internet technology applications, e-government information technology has become the most important application areas. E-government is essentially the use of information technology and other related technologies, to construct more appropriate for the information age, information structure and operation mode. In China's accession to WTO, the backdrop, our country is through e-government building, establish a set of times, have a stronger competitive and dynamic new system of government, from a traditional sense of the government to "e-government" positive change.To adapt to this new development and changes of China's higher education reform and opening up in the overall environment and globalization, the new demands of economic development, according to the region's political, and cultural basis of innovation and adaptability, making the administrative work of traditional colleges and universities models have been unable to meet the needs of social development. Regional colleges and universities, particularly in relatively backward areas of economic development funding for colleges and universities sponsoring the tense, indebtedness, talent, technology and other factors are restricting the construction of e-government system, and development. How to effectively strengthen regional institutions of higher learning e-government work to improve university management level and educational level, has become the rapid development of higher education in the encounter and the need to address a major issue.In the paper, on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of e-government system construction of regional universities and regional colleges, regional e-government colleges and universities being affected by local political, economic, cultural and other factors is proposed. Taking e-government system construction of Zaozhuang College as an example, from the system requirements, system functions, system management and many other parts to this analysis, the e-government of regional colleges and universities built environment and construction of adaptive guidance strategy are extracted, in order to better guide the regional colleges and universities e-government system construction.
