Analysis And Design Of Online Tax Declaring System Based On E-signature

With the popularity of e-government, enterprises increasingly move toward on line tax declaring returns not only saves manpower, material resources, but also solve the inefficient and error data collection problem of high and its advantages more and more enterprises have been recognized as the tax department the main form of promotion. However, at the same time of improving the efficiency, some security problems also turns out. This paper is based on these problems to propose the declaration of dutiable tax system based on e-signature. Using digital certificate to realize authentication, keep the tax information safe and the declaration non-repudiated, so that it can solve security problem of declaration effectively.This dissertation describes an online tax declaring system, the overall framework, workflow, network architecture, software architecture, analysis of an online filing system, tax returns, online approval, tax assessment, functional requirements, and no valid authentication, lack of confidentiality of sensitive information, integrity, non-repudiation, and security performance requirements of archives management, etc; Online tax declaring system analysis, design of an online tax declaring system based on e-signature. Choose the type of e-signature system to ensure the WEB e-signature system applying to distribution. The instruction, capability and key development technology based on WEB e-signature system is introduced. On base of it, security solution of declaring dutiable goods online of tax system based on e-signature taken declaring dutiable goods online of Jinan State tax is designed, including e-signature client and server of declaration, and also introduced authentication server, signature server.The system has been successful applied in Jinan Tax Bureaus, the Internal Revenue Service web site on-line applications, to fundamentally change the tax authorities of the service model for the taxpayers of the greater convenience, lower cost of filing tax returns, reducing the tax department front-line personnel in working pressure, improve the quality of service for the modernization of tax administration provides a good platform to achieve a true sense of the electronics.
