The development of network technology is rapid in the21st Century. Modern digital office through network has increasingly become the main means of office. Electronic documents are easy to tamper with or counterfeit and other unsafe factors hindered the development of office automation even if digital office is environment-friendly and efficient. In this regard, the government of China has promulgated the "Electronic Signature Law". However, the digital signature technology is still dissatisfactory in the existing OA systems.This paper mainly expounds the solutions of tamper-resistant, anti-counterfeit and non-repudiation of electronic documents and many other demands with the design and implementation of digital stamp system based on office automation. This paper achieves a digital stamp system which is not only has the effectiveness of the RSA digital signature, and also provides a visual signature. The digital stamp can be directly used to verify the document, and it is inimitably related to a document. Only the author of the document himself can generate a digital stamp for the document. And the digital stamp is still effective when it is printed out. Firstly, this paper introduces the research background, the development of digital stamp system globally and the necessary theoretical basis for it to achieve. And then the paper analyses the function, feasibility, safety, performance and other aspects of requirements of the enterprise OA systems on the digital stamp system. Then the paper designs database, logic framework, functional modules and stamp-signing algorithm. The design of stamp-signing algorithm discusses the pros and cons of four stamp-signing programs and selects a best program. Finally, the paper gives implementation and system testing of the system.The paper discusses a digital stamp system rare on the market. Its implementation meets the demand of tamper-resistant, anti-counterfeit and non-repudiation of electronic documents. It can be directly used in office automation systems and has well realized value.
