Research And Implementation Of Electronic Signature System Based On One-time Digital Certificate

Mobile office areas with the mature technology and rapid development of all kinds of intelligent terminal,and after years of development has gradually perfect but the electronic signature system cannot fully adapt to the current mobile office environment,unable to provide the mobile-signer meet the requirements of the electronic signature law about security digital signature.Third-party certificate authority by introducing new kinds of carrier for the certificates,such as the blue-tooth Key,Micro-SD card Key,the Key of OTG interface etc,provides conditions for the digital certificate to use on the mobile,solved some certificate problems in fixed signer signature environment.In medical knowledge,however,signed documents,insurance policies,communications,business deals signed mobile acquisition environment applications such as electronic signature,the participants with high randomness,business service provider by the third party certificate authority digital certificate issued by the unit price is high,the production cycle is too long,can't provide effective digital certificate for the customer involved in the business,lead to the application of electronic signature system in the relevant environment is not standard,there is a big security and legal risk.This paper proposes and implements a one-time electronic signature algorithm of the digital certificate,through the signature is added to the digital certificate document information,signature activity information,handwriting,after dealing with the related cryptography methods produce one-off digital certificate,use the certificates for the traditional digital signature,solve the problem of digital certificate of the random signer.At the same time,this paper designed a complete with one-time digital signature verification algorithm,through the algorithm and the analytical signed document information,whether can signature certification documents for completeness,the signer handwriting is modified,and the signer identity and a number of signature activities related information.Through one-time signature and verification algorithm,this paper can solve the mobile acquisition environment of random the identity of the signer authentication,signature,authentication and nonrepudiation etc.A series of problems.
