With the development of the mobile application market, the amount of mobileapplication increases rapidly. However, the mobile applications with excellent productquality and good user experience, is still limited. In order to improve product qualityand user experience, the developers need to focus on user feedback. Therefore,feedback management system becomes important.In this paper, a feedback system implemented as a user feedback managementplatform that aims to use the power of the user. It allows users to participate inproduct defects and product functions recommendations. Due to the large number ofuser feedback, and the feedback duplicate content scenario, the feedback managementsystem uses the technique of sentiment analysis to manage feedback information.Through semantic analysis of the content, the similar feedback can be clustered,which are easy to reply in batches. The system supports reporting function, so you canclearly see the distribution and application situation by tag management.When analyzing the feedback comments, the analysis system is based on aproprietary word thesaurus. And for constantly adding new applications, Thesaurusneeds more and more new proper noun. Because the analysis system cannotautomatically increase new proper noun, the feedback management system develops afunction of new word discovering to make up the shortcoming. Thenew-word-discovering function uses statistical word frequency and the word entropyalgorithm to identify new words. After the new-word-discovering process, themanager needs to filter unavailable words manually.However, processing application feedback is a passive behavior of knowing the application itself. In order to take the initiative to collect user information, feedbackmanagement system provides a wireless survey function. The wireless surveyfunction developed by feedback management system, on one hand the system canbetter manage user data and keep user information in privacy, on the other hand,different applications can be configured personalized to form their questionnaire ofown style. And the system can enrich the wireless survey function based on increasingdemand.Besides providing reports for management, in order to provide a more timelynotification to solve problems, the feedback management system provides alarmfunction. When the number of comments within a certain time exceeds the threshold,or the number of a particular part of the label within a certain time exceeds thethreshold, the system will inform the corresponding principal via SMS. This functionenables the application defects can be found and fixed in a timely way.With the growth of the feedback system, managers can improve the feedbackmanagement efficiency. And applications can fully understand their own problemsand needs of users, which is helpful for the sustainable development of the product.
