Design And Implementation Of The Health Survey Questionnaire System Based On Network

Health Questionnaire is the main way,regularly used to collect health information in the process of health management research,what’s more,it is also the first step of health management system,which provides a foundation stick for the post-health management of users. Along with the development of Internet technology, network questionnaire which have many advantages, not restricted by geographical location and time,short investigation period,low cost etc,provides great convenience for users and information collecting.Therefore, It has important practical value to develop a set network health questionnaire system in combination with health management system.In this paper, according to application systems’development and related technologies, taking Microsoft’s.NET Framework as development framework, Visual Studio as development tool, the network health questionnaire system based on B/S mode is designed with using database,ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Ajax and so on.Modular design and development is used in the Health Survey Questionnaire system, which is consist of three functional modules, questionnaire design module, questionnaire published module and questionnaires statistical analysis module. Questionnaire design module can use a questionnaire template framework to design,while adopting object-oriented programming methods,using the appropriate Web controls, the page-value technology, ADO.NET data access technology, combined with calling a stored procedure to achieve the design of sub-modules,e.g.theme of the questionnaire, survey questions, the questionnaire iactors, questionnaire options. Questionnaire published module, adopting the.method that.Net dynamically generates Table, enables questionnaire to be published in the form of dynamic web page form. To complete the questionnaire information collection, The system using the technology of local refresh the Web page, achieves partial refresh of Questionnaire data.Questionnaires statistical analysis module using two methods to process the collected questionnaires data, gives reasonable health advice.Tinally, the use of MSChart component technology provided by Microsoft complete a drawing of the questionnaire Statistical analysis proportion and giving reasonable health advice.At present, the developing of Health Survey questionnaire system based on network has been completed and passed the testing, all functions of the system have satisfied the design requirement. This indicates that the overall scheme of the system is reasonable, and the technical route is correct.
