| The head milled rice sorter is an sorting-device which detects and computes head milled rice ratio with photoelectricity. Through some high and new technology, such as electron, communications and computer embedded, this apparatus frees people from the sorting rice work done by hand which has many disadvantages. It is significant to design head milled rice sorter for paddy detection in our nation.The thesis mainly studies the control system of head milled rice sorter and designs the control system based on ARM9 microprocessor S3C2440A in hardware and embedded Linux operation system in software. The functions of this system are controlling the whole system and other subunits by UART, SPI and other communication methods. The touch screen is employed for man-computer interaction to help user to set work parameters.The hardware design of control system includes the S3C2440A interface circuit; multi-com circuit; lamp-house adjusting circuit; system status collection circuit; switch circuit and so on.The software design of control system includes the driver program design and application program design. The driver program includes MC74HC157A driver program; SPI driver program; HEF4051 driver program; GPIO switch driver program and so on. The application program design includes feedstock control program; air gun action test program; light adjusting program; status display program; sortation result display program; net control program and so on.The software development of this system is accomplished on the Linux system. At first, debug code under PC, and compile the program to binary file, and then download the file to ARM by com port.After repeatedly experiments and debugging, the control system has been accomplished and it can output control signals to other systems, and also can receive feedback information successfully. |
