Temperature control is a very important factor to crystal growth.However,it is never used on astrospace crystal growth in our contry.So a high-reliability and high-precision temperature control system used on astrospace crystal growth has important theoretical significance and application value.Based on the full analysis of astrospace crystal growth requirements, a microcontrol as the core of the temperature control system is designed.The hardware and software of the temperature control system and the design of relevant interface circuit are described in this paper.The reliability of the system is specially considered ,and a series of measures are realized.According to the difficulty to control of the system,methods of system control are analyzed based on the system identification,and realized the control algorithm in the Microcontroller system. A multi-sample turn table is controlled,so could make 12 samples in one time.The experiment data shows that the design of temperation control system based on Microcontroller is availability and rationality.The experiment data shows that the temperation control system is in accordance with the requirements of astrospace crystal growth. The strong anti-interference ability and high reliability provides a strong protection to astrospace crystal growth.
