Microcontroller,due to its own characteristics,is more and more widely used inindustrial production.It is not only used in control system,but also in data acquisition system.Temperature and humidity are basic measurement parameters in industrial production.Ifthey are accurately measured, they will be of great significance for production and research.In the design, MSP430F149microcontroller is chosen as the core control chip, LCDscreen is used to display the windown,the keyboard is used to complete the systemparameter setting and controlling.And the system also has voice alarm function.In the hardware design,the design chooses components,met the design requirements,through to the system fuction introduction and describes the characteristics of thesecomponents and the designs of modules circuits. In the software design, system softwaredesign is shown by flow chart and timing chart, the section is divided into two processes:Temperature and humidity monitoring process and temperature and humidity controlingprocess. Temperature and humidity monitoring process is that system monitors temperatureand humidity by sensors, process temperature and humidity by the single-chip, and finallysend the results to display on the LCD screen. In temperature and humidity controlprocessing, I use incremental PID algorithm for automatic controlling system.The finalchapter describes the system performance test cases.In the temperature and humiditycontrolling, temperature and humidity can be well controlled around the set value.Temperature deviation is controlled within±0.5℃and humidity deflection is controlledat±3%RH.The system follows the design principles of reliability and cost-effective.Therefore,the design will come off satisfactorily in practical applications.
