As the development of the manufacturing technology, characteristics of Semiconductor lasers were greatly improved. it can satisfy different areas's demand, were widely used today. So the subsystem technology in Semiconductor lasers, becomes more and more important. It was realized that temperature would impact the Semiconductor lasers' working .This paper focused on the Semiconductor lasers' temperature controlling technology.Firstly, in order to reward the higher accuracy of the temperaure, TEC(Thermoelectric Coolers) was employed to take place of the traditional water-cooler.Secondly, as the major part of the controlling system, MCU was introduced, on the same time, the Fuzzy control technoloy was adopted. So the MCU can be considered as the Fuzzy controller. With the temperature sensor, D/A Converter and the output driven circuit, TEC, then made up of the controlling system.Thirdly, when the TEC was working, a large-amplitude was needed, so a power was designed, which would provide (±)4.5~20V adjustable, mass up to 4A output, basically content with the system demand. Finally, we tested the controlling system with a heat source, The system accuracy of the set temperature was ±0.3℃.
