The society is developing and demanding for energy is increasing, Coal is the important component of the energy structure in our country, safe production of coal is the most important job.Underground coal conveyor system is an important aspect of transport, the temperature protection of conveyor system is one of the elements of protection. Monitoring the temperature of goal objects is one of active research areas currently, Many temperature monitoring of domestic transportation system using infrared technology, but mainly uses infrared temperature sensor.its Real-time, stability and sensitivity need improved,and only monitor the temperature of a single goal's point.Surface thermal radiation and intensity are affect of points'temperature and the surface status,form a image of reflection the surface temperature distribution and characteristics (for short of hot images); useing the characteristics between the image and the temperature implement the temperature protection of the transfer system. The system translate the intensity of infrared radiation into gray,analysis of gray-scale by the digital processor to achieve accurate measurement of temperature on the transmission system. The purpose of this study is to analysis the infrared radiation of the transmission system by infrared imaging technology , to achieve the goal of monitoring the surface temperature of objects, in order to improve system's stability and accuracy.The system uses GD2000-type infrared camera as the input device of transmission system's infrared imaging, in accordance with the characteristics of infrared images, design a reasonable video input and output circuit, use TI's TMS320DM642 as the core processor of the system, to achieve the functions of infrared image's non-uniformity correction, edge detection, temperature calculation, image enhancement,etc.In addition, the system designs the environmental temperature acquisition module, video input and output modules, data storage module, LCD display module, ethernet module, temperature control modules and other interface circuits, to achieve the temperature of the system's infrared image, as well as the system's over-temperature protection.When the system's temperature exceeds pre-set alarm threshold , it will be generated sound and light alarm, When the system's temperature exceeds the pre-set brake value , it will be protected by the relay; in order to prevent the data loss when power-down, use E2PROM to save important data such as the alarm threshold ,braking threshold and the latest temperature etc.
