Mine feeder switch and magnetic switch are all the key-equipments that applied at coal-mine where fully blowing gas and coal-dust. Their performances directly influence with the safe and the efficiency of the corporation's production. Accompany with the rapid development of the current coal-industry and the higher levels of the coal-mine's mechanization and automatization,there are bring forward higher and higher demands with the continuities recurity and safety of the mine's power supplies.In allusion to the characters and the applied situation of the two type mine's electronic protect equipment that mentioned upward, the auth designed a based embedded system high-powered and multifunctional electronical protect equipment.This project has introduced embedded system that currently broad application to the design of the new type device. Via research the characters of coal-mine underground power supplying, the working theories of feeder switch and magnetic switch and the special embeded system that based on the microprocessor S3C2440(ARM920T),implements the whole network topologic structure and new type electronical protecting device's hardware circuits designing. By analyzing and comparing, first transplant the embedded linux operation system and develop system's graphic interface which adopted QT technology, then implements ADC driver program, realtime data process ,failure process and remote control modules'designing and programming.Client/Server structure network communication module provide rapid and effective measure that communicate with monitor PC and underground equipments, enable the device has real-time protection and remote-monitoring features. Eventually realized a comprehensive functions, capabilities advanced,and friendly interface new type mine electronical protection device.By the system's hardware structure design,experiment and software programming,debugging,accomplished various capability demands of multifunctional electronical protective equipment, and achieved each target of the design.Under the Client software of the embedded system and the Server software of the remote monitor PC control, realized they are rapid and reliable remote communication.
