Multiplex FM broadcast transmitter is mainly used in the villages and towns FM cover, once the transmitter malfunction, broadcast will interrupt, unfavorable to the masses in a timely manner hear the voice of the party and the government. The main transmitter failure occurs if can automatically switch to the standby transmitter, ensure the uninterrupted broadcast, can provide better reception for the populace, and save a large amount of maintenance expenses. Therefore, this article puts forward a kind of automatic switch for machine Lord multi-channel switcher. The main research contents and innovation points of this project are as follows:First, to switcher system function requirement analysis, the central control module based on the kernel's ARM architecture (M3 STM32F103RBT6 series single chip microcomputer. Through the Ethernet interface (main) and RS485 interface (auxiliary) master, read the working parameters of transmitter, give priority to stand by switching judgment provides the main parameter, through the I2C interface connection FM receiver detection module, QN8035 audio receiving chip real-time detection FM launches air field strength parameters, mainly for provide the parameter of auxiliary switch to judge. Comprehensive testing ways by single chip microcomputer to decide whether to switch from the transmitter, the scene manually, master, intelligent automatic, remote control transmitter switch design. Based on the demand analysis, design the overall design of the system architecture, system working principle is introduced.Second, respectively, the CPU module, power supply module, communication module, FM receiver module and a switching module has carried on the detailed design. Compare common device, combined with the case project, measure the advantages and disadvantages of these devices, determine the device type. Of each module and the hardware and software implementation of the specific design, debugging and simulation respectively, through the PC software on the alignment, the Internet remote monitoring.Third, both at home and abroad for a small transmitter power switching equipment is less, usually adopt C51 or AVR MCU+traditional relay automatic control mode, function is too simple, single judgment mechanism, even without a coaxial antenna rearrangement of function. This project adopts ARM processor +magnetic stick relay automatic control mode.
