China is a developing country. The coal is the main energy of china, this kind of structure will not have a great change during a long time. So, Mine Geographical Information System have a very wide applicable perspective in China. Mine Geographical Information System is the application of Geographic Information System (for short GIS) in the mine, and it is an important branch in GIS. There are two important kinds of spatial objects in Mine Geographical Information System that is to say roadway and stratum. Roadway is criss-crossing and intricate, place of work and resources is changing. To reflect three-dimensional roadway and its spatial relationship intuitive and accurate is guarantee for coal development safe, efficient and rational. Roadway system is an important component of the three-dimensional mine virtual scene, and is a foundation of building digital mine. Therefore, research and development of the generating system of modeling three-dimensional roadway have significance to mining safety, mine optimum design and visualization of calculation, and have practical significance to improve the level of the modern management of coal mines.The present research status on system of three-dimensional tunnel in mine is analyzed in this paper; Draw on the results of our predecessors, abstract roadway into line composed of endpoints and nodes; Analyze the element composed of roadway entities, set up a topological relationship between elements, and use Java language to describe their data structure, use the algorithm of approximating the roadway-line point to the midline point and add section on the roadway; Finally use object-oriented programming methods ,combine with VRML technology and ORACLE database, developed"a system of generating three-dimensional tunnel model". Coal designers only need to enter necessary parameters at the computer, the standard map of three-dimensional tunnel can be get. It will reduce process greatly and improve the accuracy. This is a major innovation in this paper. The three-dimensional map shows a variety of roadway space layout and the relationship between each other's relative position, can roam from various angles, also can roam at the internal roadway, and can observe and analyze the roadway dynamic and interactive, link the drawings and data effective, and have reached the visibility, accuracy and scientific.
