The emergence of cooking robots makes automation cooking a reality,in line with the development trend of technology and life modernization.For more than a decade,Chinese cooking robots had many improvements and increases in functionality,but there was no breakthrough in the solid condiment addition,but stopped at the addition of liquid condiment.Some basic characteristics of spices are studied in this paper,which laid a theoretical foundation for the mechanical structure design of the system.This paper analyzed the practical requirements of the cooking equipment on the structure and function of the powder adding system.Aiming at powder in the transportation and weighing methods and application characteristics,designed a kind of solution based on the four vertical screw conveyor in parallel.The program uses two motors as the feeding power source and stirring power source for system,the use of micro-electromagnetic clutch as the switch connecting sub-conveyor and motor,achieved an important function that a power source control working static of a number of subfeeder agencies.Based on the Matlab optimization toolbox and Inventor 3D design software,the structure of the screw and feeding mechanism was optimized.On the basis of the traditional screw feeding theory,analyzed the principle and characteristics of the material movement in the screw conveying mechanism,and proposed the correction formula of the volumetric weighing method.On the basis of the relevant experimental data by some scholars,studied the variety law of the stacking density for bulk material.According to the characteristics of compaction experiment,established the mathematical model about the relationship between the stacking density and the stacking depth by using the method of equal mass stratification,and provided the computational idea and method for the practical application of the corrected volumetric weighing method.
