Advanced manufacturing system became the trend of today's businesses, for its characteristics of advanced nature, integration, agility and openness. However, due to the complexity of its network and the equipment diversity, the traditional monitoring system has been unabled to meet its monitoring requirements. So it's necessary to establish a monitoring system, which is able to improve the management of network and network equipment, and it is also easy to extend.This system will become the needs of the future manufacturing enterprises.Data collection technology is the key of advanced manufacturing management monitoring system's safe and reliable operation. Adoption of advanced manufacturing systems in different network equipment and links production and performance data collection, monitoring and control system for the management of enterprise management, production control, as well as fault diagnosis and other functions to provide the necessary data sources.Based on advanced manufacturing systems, in an analysis of the data collection related technology combined with MAS (Multi-Agent System) and OPC (OLE for Process Control) technology, designed MAS-based Distributed Multi-domain system data collection model. The model is flexible, efficent and easy to extend, it integrated different types of network together. For the characteristics of each network in this model, designed different data collection agents, uses these agents to achieve the information of equipments and links in different network by real time, and efficient collection. In the computer network, this paper improved the original agreement AgentX registration method, so that the main agent can be registered in different collecting information, and further improved the system's applicability and scalability, so that data collection can be more efficient and fast. In the fieldbus network, this paper designed one integration method of the information networks and the fieldbus networks with OPC technical; also designed OPC Server Agent-data collection structure combined with MAS Theory and the OPC DA specification, the adoption of the structure can be convenient the fieldbus networks of various equipments for data collection and remote control.Finally, by theoretical analysis and experimental proof to verify the data collection system has the scalability strong, fast and efficient, network resources and low occupancy rate for the entire monitoring system provides a reliable guarantee.
