Multi-agent Systems. Networked Manufacturing Environment Architecture Research

With the coming of the networked economy, people have been already hanged together tightly with the network, the conventional manufacturing is developing towards the networked manufacturing gradually. The networked manufacturing system is dispersed, different, relax coupling system, it includes intricate software and hardware scheme, and every portion harmonizes complicatedly. At this manufacturing way, the traditional, concentrated supervising system is not satisfied with the manufacturing, so we must take an adaptive supervising system to meet the request. The supervising system is one of cores of the dispersed networked manufacturing system, the estate of equipment, the process of work, and the harmony of equipment are completed by the supervising system.Aimed at the situation that the networked manufacturing is a magnitude developing trend, agent provides a edge tool to realize the intelligentizing of manufacturing system. The character introduces the supervising system based agent, and studies mostly the architecture of multi-agent system in networked manufacturing system. The architecture of multi-agent system is the information connection and control connection, and the distributing pattern of solving ability, it is the combination of machinery and control, it also provides a frame to the agents' activities and alternation, describing the basic component of agent and the agents' contact and alternation mechanism. The task discusses the alternation, function mode, communication mechanism and control connection of multi-agent in turn by constructing the architecture of multi-agent in networked manufacturing system. Firstly, this paper brings forward the concept If agent and multi-agent system, agent is a physical or logic entity, including knowledge, thought and goal, it can act on the environment and can be acted on by the environment, and can harmonize each other; Secondly, the paper grope for the individual frame of agent and the colony architecture of multi-agent system, and studies the communication alternation mechanism, collaboration mechanism and communication model; Thirdly, it processes the modeling of multi-agent system in networked manufacturing on the base of analyzing the architecture, it includes the modeling strategy of multi-agent, the realization of initiative action ability and the collaboration of agent. Finally, a dummy simulation system is established, it simulates the course controlling of the architecture with MATlab validating its superiority.
