Traditional mechanical design is a complex and difficult process, designers have a cycle of constantly recurring from the beginning of the design, in the absence of a more user-friendly design of systems, the design process is not only difficult, but of very low efficiency. With the design of software, as well as the continuous development of CAD technology, the designers extract the most common, the most abstract, such as norms and the most part of users based on the actual situation of the combination of various functions, that is, the realization of human interactive CAD system.Model can be realized through a program, and also the way is common, but programming makes the modeling process complex, in addition, lots of programming language occupy memory space of the system and can't update 2d figure automatically, therefore this paper based on the 3d software modeling.Using three-dimensional software modeling method is diversiform, modeling method also vary, but ultimately must achieve in parametric design purpose, planning the modeling process by considering the types and number of feature can realize the purpose of parametric design , and the parametric shortened modeling time, improve the design efficiency.Within the whole process, because of the assembly relation between the parts, there are fixed size between them, therefore in the course of modeling parts related technology is added, programming language is usually used based on the technology of further development, in this paper we set the relationship within the modeling process which can guarantee the relationship and avoid the error.A set of humanized CAD system must have humanized interaction interface, according to the specific circumstances of cylinder design a friendly man-machine interface is designed which can meet the design requirement and design demand.This paper takes the technical parameters as theoretical basis, researching on the parametric design size associated parts and other systems theory, and finally use Unigraphics NX4.0 and Visual C + + and other programming of three-dimensional software and software parameters of the hydraulic cylinder of a complete CAD system establishment.
