Study And Implementation On Production And Logistics Control System In Discrete Enterprise

The rapid progress of economics brings forth great opportunities and challenges to traditional industry. So the strategy of"upgrading traditional industry with information technologies"is put forward. Meanwhile, with the great progress in computer technologies, more and more manufacturing enterprises are using administrative software to assist management and manufacturing. This paper is based on it and makes a production and logistics control system for discrete enterprise, taking Wuxi Mineral Exploration Machinery Co.Ltd as example.Related knowledge on ERP theory is introduced at first. Then according to the current problems of Wuxi Mineral Exploration Machinery Co.Ltd that we got through execution, the practical purpose of production and logistics control system is discussed later.Then software system's global frame is build based on the enterprise's requirement, meanwhile all the models and system's database have been founded. After that the thesis focuses on introducing the key technologies and theory used in designing the system's models. And introduced the development process of the system's main module, and make Wuxi Mineral Exploration Machinery Co.Ltd's production and logistics control system can achieve the integration from plan, preparation, verification to scheduling.At last, the kernels and the procedures of executing software system are put forward in the thesis, and explain the actual situation of the using the system.
