Design And Implementation Of Rural Labour Resource Management System Based On ASP Programme

Labour resource development is one of the top issues among knowledge economies. There are more than 70% of the labour resources in the rural area of China. The resource is plenty but with very few talents. In order to speed up the development of rural economy, the CCP points out that the key of agriculture development lies in the training of agricultural technology talents. It is also a strategic move towards the rejuvenation of agriculture by science and education. Managing the rural labour resource and programming related resource, employment, insurance and retire pension are important elements of carrying out rural economy development and entering into moderate prosperity society. However, there are very few quantitative and informational management behaviors on the administration, planning, analysis and summarizing on rural resource in the nation now.The information era has brought major changes to the management of varies industries. On the one hand, the fast developing technology in computing and internet has provided new methods for the development of information managerial system; on the another hand, the informationized and internet based information managerial methods have also push forward the exploitation and application of information managerial system. One of the strategies of developing rural economy is to manage the rural labour resource and programme related resource, employment, insurance and retire pension; and those behavior demands quantitative and informational management on the administration, planning, analysis and summarizing of rural resource.This article is based on the labour resource managerial system software in qianzhou town wuxi. It analyzed the related technology of the labour resource managerial system; introduced the functional technology and system structure of the labour resource managerial system; discussed the methods of system exploitation and system safety; and offered expectation towards the future of the system. The labour resource managerial system software in qianzhou town wuxi is based on ASP technology of dynamic webs. The managerial function of the system is supported by the functions of search, add, amend and static analysis, etc.Development process in the system, I would like to establish a database of labor resources: labor resources, and then set up the system functions, including system settings feature, and information management functions, the preparation of the corresponding procedures, and then proceed to the implementation of the system, debugging, process in the use of system maintenance.The objectives of the system designing were generally fulfilled after a period of test running.
