The rapid development of computer application technology represented by technique of computer network and database has impelled the application of Management Information System (MIS).Based on deep going analyzing of current LSI-MIS operation flow, this paper presents researching issues on the System Structure. Database Structure, Functional Design, Network Structure and Lectotype of LSI-MIS, and put forwards the solution of system designing which is 'regard resources and data as center' and get the policy that can improve speed of performance, security and reliability.Also we go deep discussing into them in this paper. Based on theoretic reserach, connected with the current LSI-MIS situation and its development, we design and realize LSI-MIS system. This paper describes the details about how to design and realize the function construction, including the key technique on host computer, network, database, and software system.
