The Design And Implementation Of The WebGIS-based E-government System For Labor Bureau

With the popularity of the application of computer technology, the concept of E-government and office automation has become one of the new hot spots in the job of our government. Based on geographic information systems (GIS), the e-government building in our country has made great progress and a considerable scale. Based on Web geographic information systems (WEB GIS), e-government system can be in many ways to meet the diverse needs of the above. Different places, departments, governments have one-stop services and create an information silo problems and a variety of information security threats of serious problems. How to combine the geographical location and associated attributes and to illustration and output the space information and accurate real property information to the users according the needs of users is also a problem of Web-based GIS to solve.This paper mainly studies WebGIS-based two primary technologies: data exchange (XML) and Web Services technology, they can be applied to e-government system. First of all, the paper illustrates the development of e-government status quo at home and abroad and the faced problems, then briefly explains the concept of GIS and WebGIS and discusses its characteristics, strengths and development, and also discusses how to use these technologies for e-government to solve the existing problems. The paper separately introduces the key technologies based on the WEB GIS in e-government system, technical characteristics; the system function modules achieve the object, the system operating environment and application prospects of the system. How to implement the function modules is the most important. The development of e-government systems uses development tool of Visual Studio.NET. The development process apply object-oriented program design based on the C #, ASP.NET pages technology, the SQL database query based on ADO.NET technology, XML as the core of the Web Services protocol stack called technology, etc..The data of WebGIS-based e-government system of the labor bureau are using a uniform standard by XML, and the administrator can update the data and solve the problem of information isolation. System features: electronic map navigation, the location and associated attributes combine, according to the user's need to attribute information of spatial information and its real accuracy with illustrations and output to the user. Increasing complex inquires in the function, greatly improving the accuracy of the query. Web services through the use of XML encryption, XML signature resolve to deal with a variety of security threats. The content is rich than before; the overall effect of site is coherent; the interface is clear, and the operation is easy. WebGIS-based e-government system of the labor bureau achieves a good solution in the e-government problems.
